Natalie was great. Really punctual and organised but also lovely to our wee boy. He warmed to her instantly and had an excellent day.
Natalie was great with our girls 11 and 8. Friendly and reliable.
Natalie was absolutely amazing with our son. He took to her straight away! She also left the place spotless and recorded his feed/ nappy change time etc so I could see how his day unfolded. Could not recommend her more!!

Natalie always holds a can do attitude towards her work and can work independently without any supervision.
She is always on time and willing to stay back when needed. She is willing to follow instructions but can make decisions that's based on her best judgement when required. As an ECT, Natalie has to plan the weekly learning program and document cchildren's learning progress as well as performing supervision and caring duties. She is able to get the work done under pressure.
Natalie is able to work collaboratively work the team members and she is able to bonds with children quickly and builds strong positive relationship with the families.
I believe she can work well as an ECT and brings the best to the children.
I have been working with Natalie for the past six years in the Early Childhood sector. Natalie is a responsible, reliable and a caring Early Childhood Educator/Carer/Nanny/babysitter. She is a qualified ECT, who has gained essential skills in knowledge of child care, Childhood education, healthcare and practical child care skills. She is energetic, fun, creative and have the ability to invent and implement age appropriate experiences, projects, games and activities. She is very calm, patient, reliable and adaptable. She is great at commutation, and is very promising to take the full responsibility for the health and wellbeing of children when their parents are away.
Natalie prefers a maximum number of 6 children per booking.
