Hi parents. I have worked in the childcare industry for the last 20 years and I have 3 children. I have also been babysitting for over 35 years, and in that time have babysat for over 1500 families. This has given me extensive experience with newborns and older children. I am available for babysitting most days and evenings. I love educating children and spending quality time nurturing their inquisitive minds. Lots of stories, walks, art and craft and cooking. Keeping them occupied, happy and safe is a job I love. I can provide police check, references and first aid certificate too. In my spare time, I love travelling, the great outdoors, reading and cooking.

Maria was amazing! I was so nervous about leaving my babies with a stranger for the first time, but from the minute Maria walked in the door I was immediately put at ease. She was confident with our little girl, she read her stories and we left knowing our kids were in very capable hands. She messaged us throughout the night with updates which was great too. We would definitely book Maria again next time we’re in QLD! She also did our dishes which was an added bonus :)
Maria was amazing with our 3 children and managed to get our 6 month old off to sleep when she is usually BF to sleep!!! We arrived back to our room and all kids were in bed. The kids had a great time. We will definitely use Maria again when we visit the Gold Coast.

Maria was fantastic with my 2 sons (2 years and 4.5 months) whilst we were on holiday on the GC - she made them feel at ease and cuddled/rocked my baby to sleep whilst we went out. She was on time and had great communication skills. We would recommend Maria to any family.
Maria was awesome, it was my first time leaving my two week old baby for an evening and Maria had everything under control for both her and my toddler. Definitely recommend and would book her again if we are at the coast.
