Shinai was fantastic. Being interstate and knowing no one in SA we tried out this app and Shanai answered our call for a night out just my wife and I. Shanai was friendly, professional and very good with our son. Shanai was happy to stick to our routine, give us updates as she suggested and was even nice enough to clean up the apartment on her own terms. Our little guys was very busy but Shanai was able to keep him entertained and put him down to sleep. A highly recommended baby sitter!
We were pretty nervous about leaving the kids, we hadn’t had a date night and left them with a babysitter since before Covid started. We had never left our youngest (16 months old) at night before. But we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Even my daughter (3 years old) who is extremely shy and closed off to anyone new loved Shanai right away. Shanai is punctual, responsible, and extremely friendly. The kids had so much fun with her and she went above and beyond. We will definitely be getting Shanai to come back next time!
Shanai has babysat for us on a number of occasions looking after our 3 children then aged 8,10 & 12.
We found her to be extremely reliable, Punctual & friendly. We felt reassured by the responsible manner in which she interacted with our kids.
Our kids really enjoyed having Shanai look after them often reflecting on how nice she was.
I have no problem recommending Shanai to any babysitting role.
